HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Every client's needs are specific to their space and organizational goals. Multiple sessions may be needed to resolve years of accumulated clutter. We provide the best service in a timely manner to meet our client's needs. We will also help you decifer what you really "NEED", and what you want to keep. We have great relationships with many charitable organizations, and can assist in Items to be discarded.
RATE
Deep Cleaning/Spring Cleaning/Move-In (Move-Out) Cleanings
Studio- $150.00
Our rates are by the hour and per organizer. The current rate starts is $55 per hour/per organizer. mileage, and gas are included in our hourly rate with in a 30 mile radius of our location.
HOURLY- RANGE $55-$110
3 HOUR SESSION- $195
HALF DAY- $325 (5 HOURS, INCLUDES NECESSARY SHOPPING AND STAGING)
FULL DAY- $595 (10 OURS INCLUDES NECESSARY SHOPPING AND STAGING)
DIY
(DO IT YOURSELF)
ACTION PLAN- $175
INCLUDES CONSULTATIO AND DETAILED PLAN FOR ACTION AND SHOPPING LIST
$50 PER HOUR
FOR FURTHER CONSULTATION THROUGH PHONE AND EMAIL (INCLUDES PRODUCT AND SHOPPING ADVICE)
