As details of the coronavirus disease, COVID-19 unfold, Pure Haven Home would like for you to know what precautions will be taking to keep you, your family, and your home safe. Pure Haven Home, like you, is monitoring the Center for Disease Control (CDC) newsroom for updates and any changes that might affect the way our service is provided to you and your family. Currently, no employees of Pure Haven Home have the virus, and we hope that you and your family are free from it as well. Pure Haven Home will continue to provide you with the same excellent cleaning services that you have come to expect. As an added precaution, employees of Pure Haven Home will use hand sanitizer before entering and after exiting each customer’s home, as well as using disposable gloves and shoe covers to ensure the integrity of the home and to prevent cross-contamination.
The CDC suggests that the virus is spread through respiratory droplets from an infected person produced by coughs or sneezes and when within approximately six (6) feet of another person. For your protection, as well as ours, employees of Pure Have Home will keep the suggested six (6) foot distance from you and your family, as well as your pets. Adhering to the six (6) foot distance is not a sign that our employees are contaminated, it is simply a safety precaution should you or someone in your household be unknowingly contaminated. Pure Haven Home services many clients, and we would like to ensure that there is no chance of cross-contamination. With that in mind, we would also ask that, if possible, you either crate or otherwise secure your pets during our visit until the scare is over. Though we enjoy the company of household pets, this temporary policy will add another level of protection against cross-contamination. Pure Haven Home will also keep you informed in the event of a change in health status of our employees
Pure Haven Home would like you, our valued customer, to know that we understand the importance of a clean, sanitized, and disinfected home. We would like to ask that you continue to allow Pure Haven Home to provide the services that you have come to expect, so that we may keep your home clean and germ free. We would also like for you to know and understand that we are aware of the virus, how it is spread, and that we will be taking precautions during every single cleaning to protect you and your family, as well as ourselves, from this virus. Cleaning is our livelihood, and we do not want to contaminate you, your family, or any of our clients. We instead hope that you feel confident and safe knowing that your home was cleaned by the professionals of Pure Haven Home.
